  1. Introduction

Welcome to AtGlance, available at https://atglance.live. AtGlance provides server configuration management, service visibility, configuration backups, AI-assisted configuration reviews, workspace management, and related infrastructure tools.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AtGlance. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and must notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

  1. Platform Features

AtGlance may provide the following capabilities:

  • Server and service information.
  • Configuration backups and version history.
  • Vulnerability identification and AI-assisted configuration reviews.
  • AI provider connections and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
  • Workspace management and role-based access controls.
  • Notifications, authentication integrations, and administrative settings.

Features may change, be updated, or become unavailable as the platform evolves.

  1. Authorized Use

You may use AtGlance only on systems, infrastructure, and environments you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.

You agree not to:

  • Access systems or workspaces without authorization.
  • Use the platform for unlawful activities.
  • Attempt to compromise the platform, its users, or connected infrastructure.
  • Circumvent access controls or misuse credentials, tokens, or integrations.
  • Interfere with the availability or security of the service.
  1. Infrastructure Access and Security

You are responsible for ensuring that AtGlance receives only the permissions necessary for its intended operation. You must maintain appropriate access controls for connected systems and protect credentials, API keys, certificates, and other secrets.

You remain responsible for the security, configuration, availability, and administration of your infrastructure.

  1. Backups and Data Loss

AtGlance provides configuration backup and version-history capabilities where supported. These features should not be treated as a guarantee against data loss.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate independent backups, verifying backup integrity, and testing restoration procedures.

  1. AI Features and Third-Party Services

AtGlance may integrate with third-party AI providers and other external services. Their availability, processing practices, and terms are governed by their respective providers.

AI-generated analysis and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and validate recommendations before applying changes to production systems. AI output does not constitute a guarantee of security or compliance.

You are responsible for understanding what information is shared with any external provider you configure.

  1. Intellectual Property

AtGlance and its associated branding, software, documentation, and materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit components of the platform except as permitted by applicable law, an applicable license, or our written authorization.

  1. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, improve, or protect the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, AtGlance is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will identify every vulnerability, detect every configuration issue, prevent security incidents, or satisfy every regulatory or compliance requirement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AtGlance and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including data loss, service interruption, or infrastructure changes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

  1. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or other legitimate operational concerns, subject to applicable law and any applicable agreement.

You may stop using AtGlance at any time. Data retention and deletion may be subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

  1. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

License And Warranty

  1. Software License

AtGlance is a software platform for server configuration management, service visibility, configuration backups, AI-assisted configuration reviews, and infrastructure administration.

Your right to use AtGlance depends on the applicable software license, subscription plan, or separate written agreement.

  • Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license or law, you may not:
  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense proprietary portions of AtGlance.
  • Modify or create derivative works of proprietary components without authorization.
  • Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use the software for unlawful purposes or unauthorized access to infrastructure.

Nothing in this section overrides rights granted under an applicable open-source license.

  1. Open-Source and Third-Party Components

AtGlance may incorporate open-source software, libraries, and third-party services. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Where required, applicable license notices, attributions, and source-code availability information will be provided in the relevant distribution or documentation.

Third-party services, including AI providers and authentication integrations, may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

  1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AtGlance's proprietary software, branding, website content, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders.

You retain ownership of your data, infrastructure configurations, and other content you submit to the platform, subject to any rights necessary to operate the service under the applicable agreement.

No ownership of AtGlance intellectual property is transferred to you by using the platform.

  1. Limited Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AtGlance is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • The software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every environment.
  • All vulnerabilities, configuration errors, or security risks will be detected.
  • Configuration backups will always be complete or recoverable.
  • AI-generated findings or recommendations will be accurate or suitable for every situation.
  • Using AtGlance will guarantee security, regulatory compliance, or certification.

Any express warranty provided under a separate written agreement will apply according to that agreement.

  1. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have authorization to access connected systems.
  • Reviewing permissions granted to AtGlance and its integrations.
  • Protecting credentials, API keys, certificates, and other secrets.
  • Maintaining independent backups and testing restoration procedures.
  • Validating AI-generated recommendations before implementing changes, particularly in production environments.

AtGlance should not be treated as a substitute for professional security assessments, independent backups, or appropriate operational safeguards.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AtGlance and its operators disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. This includes damages associated with data loss, service interruption, infrastructure misconfiguration, or reliance on automated analysis. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. Updates and Support

Software updates, maintenance, technical support, and continued availability may vary by distribution, plan, or separate agreement. We may modify or discontinue features subject to applicable contractual obligations and law.
